NO RETURNS ON BLACK FRIDAY SALE, SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY, REORDERS, or CUSTOM ORDERS. NO CANCELLATIONS OF REORDERS, CUSTOM SIZES OR CUSTOMS.

NO RETURNS AFTER 2 WEEKS - ANY RETURNS POST MARKED OUT SIDE OF THE 14 DAYS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND CUSTOMER WILL NEED TO ARRANGE FOR SHIPPING BACK TO THEM IF RETURN TO SENDER IS NOT AVAILABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Unless it is on sale, ! All items are returnable within 14 days of delivery if it is NOT ON SALE OR PROMOTION! MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED. You must return it unused, that means no cat or horse hair, or any signs of use. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PAD WHEN RECEIVED!!! WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY RETURNS EVEN DEFECTS AFTER 14 DAYS!!! Shipping will be at buyers expense UNLESS the pad is returned for our error. This means you will need to send it to us, and you’ll be credited the balance of what you paid minus our original shipping fees it cost to send to you. Changing your mind is fine you will just need to pay your own shipping. Please remember if you’re returning it must be postmarked 14 days or less of receiving. I mean we can’t take back a pad you’ve kept for years you know what I’m saying? Send us an email to get return info. No Returns on final sale, raffles, or used pads. We do not do exchanges. Only returns when applicable. If you are returning a pad because you changed your mind, you will not be reimbursed what you paid for shipping UNLESS it is our error in pad manufacturing, NOT COLOR. UNFORTUNATELY color is hard to match on a screen, including value-dark or light- if you are unsure, send us a message or even your swatches to match! We do not send swatches.
