What are the size of your pads?

Pleasure pads are all 34 X 42. Considered over sized. 1/3” Inch thick. We can make a pad in ANY size you just need to create a custom size order.

Ranch pads are all 34 X40. They are about 1/4” thick but can also be made in any size as a custom size order.

Can you make a custom pad?

YES! we can change the size and colors of any pad and even create a new design. If you request a custom pad we will send you a mock up of the design and colors. It is best to match your colors in person so you may want to send me a swatch or even your shirt so this is possible. If you’re send us a photo of your shirt to match, take a photo in sunlight outside and be sure to include a WHITE card or paper with it to ensure proper photo white balance to match your colors.

Do you take returns?

NO RETURNS ON BLACK FRIDAY SALE, SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY, REORDERS, or CUSTOM ORDERS. NO CANCELLATIONS OF REORDERS, CUSTOM SIZES OR CUSTOMS.

Yes, unless it is on sale!!! All items are returnable within 14 days of delivery if it is NOT ON SALE OR PROMOTION! MUST BE POST MARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF BEING RECEIVED. You must return it unused, that means no cat or horse hair, or any signs of use. PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PAD WHEN RECEIVED!!! WE WILL NOT TAKE ANY RETURNS EVEN DEFECTS AFTER 14 DAYS!!! Shipping will be at buyers expense UNLESS the pad is returned for our error. This means you will need to send it to us, and you’ll be credited the balance of what you paid minus our original shipping fees it cost to send to you. Changing your mind is fine you will just need to pay your own shipping. Please remember if you’re returning it must be postmarked 14 days or less of receiving. I mean we can’t take back a pad you’ve kept for years you know what I’m saying? Send us an email to get return info. No Returns on final sale, raffles, or used pads. We do not do exchanges. Only returns when applicable. If you are returning a pad because you changed your mind, you will not be reimbursed what you paid for shipping UNLESS it is our error in pad manufacturing, NOT COLOR. UNFORTUNATELY color is hard to match on a screen, including value-dark or light- if you are unsure, send us a message or even your swatches to match! We do not send swatches. We are not responsible for color variations due to screens, lighting or any other color variable.. NO RETURNS ON ITEMS IN SALE SECTION! NO RETURNS ON SALES INCLUDING HOLIDAYS OR ANY OTHER PROMOTION. We are unable to CANCEL REORDERS or CUSTOMS. Why? Because as soon as you order it, we start the process of remaking.

DO you sponsor pro riders?

Yes we do! We have a small list of riders who we sponsor. If you are interested in a sponsorship, please note what we are looking for: Competitive Professionals with minimum earnings, a substantial non-pro program. We are not interested in influencer accounts and keep our team authentic with our brand.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK? WHEN DO YOU SHIP? WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

Currently $15 Flat Rate Shipping Applies. We choose USPS or UPS whichever is less as shipping is more than what we charge…otherwise you aren upgrade to: Standard USPS Priority Rates Apply based on your zip code and order. No one loves Shipping fees, not even me but they are a fact of life! These pads start at $17 and up to $42+ to ship depending on your location. These are determined rates by USPS/UPS not me….don’t blame me! Package sizes are 23x19x3 and weigh 9+lbs. Just in case you’re curious. We are not responsible for delays in Shipping once out of our hands. Shipments delayed by shipping companies due to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism or anything out of our control, is not our repsonsibility! We ship within 2 business days of your order unless otherwise mentioned. The day you order does not count as a shipping day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and we do NOT SHIP ON SATURDAY. Holidays, three day weekends, Thanksgiving, July 4th, may delay your package! PLEASE CHECK with us! Please inquire if you need a pad by a certain time. We ship out of the country but you must pay for international shipping. Sorry, it’s expensive but I can’t help that one. We are not amazon and if we didn’t charge for shipping we wouldn’t be able to do business.

HOw long do reorders & Customs take?

Depending on what is already in process it can take from 4-12 weeks. Please contact me FIRST before placing a re-order order. Don’t be a Karen on this one please. Sometimes it could already be on its way as a restock, you never know! But if it’s not we ask 4-12 weeks grace on this, but most receive it in short amount of time. This is so hard to determine based on the supply chain issues, we have had to add more time as some are taking as long as 12 weeks.

Do you need an underpad? Is there any padding?

Don’t want to confuse you here but these pads have NO PADDING. We call them show pads but they are more like blankets. But, when I say show blanket people think of the blankets your horse wears when it’s cold. You will need an underpad. I recommend using The Contourpedic Reiner Pad by Classic Equine.

what is the difference between a ranch and a pleasure pad?

Ranch Pads are weaved much tighter and have more design options and are thinner, about 1/4” thick. Pleasure pads have a thicker weave and are about 1/3”-1/2” thick. Both require an underpad. Only our Performance Line is padded with 1/2” felt padding.
